Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final for Non-Defective Products
For non-defective products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

Dislike of product appearance, size, color, weight, or personal wearing experience

For hygiene and safety reasons, Except where prohibited by applicable law, opened or used health-monitoring products, wearable devices, wrist-worn devices, and accessories that come into contact with the skin cannot be returned unless they are confirmed to be defective.
2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Once an order has been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because the customer no longer wants the product.
If you no longer want the item after it has been shipped, you may contact us. We may try to request a package interception or return-to-sender service from the carrier, but this is not guaranteed.
If interception is successful, any original shipping fees, carrier interception fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
If the package cannot be intercepted, the order will continue to be delivered. Non-defective products are not eligible for return or refund after delivery.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accident, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, failure to follow the user instructions, or use outside the recommended conditions is not considered a product defect.
5. Product Use and Measurement Disclaimer
Our products must be used according to the user manual and applicable instructions.
For blood pressure or health-monitoring products, measurement results may be affected by wearing position, wrist size, body posture, movement, talking during measurement, physical activity, stress, diet, medication, measurement time, and other personal or environmental factors.
Differences between readings from our product and other devices, including upper-arm blood pressure monitors or readings taken in clinics, do not automatically mean the product is defective.
If you believe the product is not working properly, please contact us and provide relevant photos, videos, and measurement details so that we can help evaluate the issue.
6. Return Authorization for Approved Defective Cases
Do not send any product back without contacting us first.
If we determine that a return is necessary for inspection, repair, replacement, or refund, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returned items must match the product, model, and serial number originally shipped with your order.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, PayPal, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
Shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, and other transaction-related costs may be non-refundable unless the refund is caused by a confirmed product defect or our error.
8. Refused Delivery and Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for any loss, delay, or additional cost.
The customer may be responsible for original shipping fees, return shipping fees, carrier fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees.
If the package cannot be returned to us or is lost due to refusal, non-collection, or incorrect address information, we may be unable to issue a refund.
9. Delivery Issues
If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with family members, neighbors, building management, mailroom staff, or the local carrier.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you still cannot locate the package. We may assist you in contacting the carrier or provide documents needed for an investigation.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first before opening a PayPal dispute, payment dispute, or credit card chargeback.
We are committed to helping resolve order issues in a fair and reasonable way.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we reserve the right to provide the payment provider, PayPal, card issuer, bank, or relevant financial institution with order records, shipment records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, product information, return policy records, and other evidence related to the transaction.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a refund. The outcome will depend on the payment provider’s investigation, the evidence provided, and applicable laws and rules.
11. Warranty
This Return & Refund Policy is separate from any product warranty that may apply.
If your product has a warranty issue after the return period for defective or incorrect items has expired, please contact us for warranty support.
Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, issue, purchase date, and applicable warranty terms.

The version of the policy posted on our website at the time of your purchase will generally apply to your order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. European Union Consumer Rights

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

13.4 Health Monitoring Products
For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, blood pressure watches, blood pressure monitors, wearable health-monitoring devices, and similar products that have been activated, paired with a mobile device, extensively worn, repeatedly used for health measurements, damaged, altered, or returned without original accessories or packaging may be subject to a reduction in refund amount reflecting the diminished value of the goods, as permitted by applicable law.
13.5 Refunds
If a valid withdrawal request is made, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, as required by applicable EU consumer law.
However, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect:

Diminished value caused by excessive handling or use;
